Services offered by GPM Constructions are tailored to suit the requirements of our clients.
Most commonly they would combine several of the following:

Design and documentation All aspects of maritime design including planning concept sketches; Permission to Lodge (PTL) documentation; DA documentation; and Application for Construction (AFC) documentation and calculations.
Construction services Contract administration, site inspections, contractor liaison, monitoring and certification.
Structural reports nspection and report on performance and condition of structure. Design evaluation, defects lists, recommendations for repair and upgrade with cost estimates if required.
Multi discipline condition report Inspection and report on the structure, fabric, finishes and services. This may encompass regulatory compliance including environmental. Design evaluation, defects lists, recommendations for repair and upgrade with cost estimates if required.
Multi discipline due diligence report Comprehensive inspection and report on structure, fabric, finishes and services including regulatory compliance. Includes review of construction documentation including drawings, specifications, warranties etc. Includes a design evaluation based upon the documentation. Includes defects lists with cost estimates and may include estimates of maintenance costs.
